Rice Myanmar Co., Ltd in house Inspection services in bags for exporting carried out by Rice Myanmar Co., Ltd inspectors, rice samplers, rice testers, bagged rice tally-men and rice supervisors personnel verify and measure on quality control (rice, moisture,% sheet, grain, harvest,…), and quantity, volume, weight, bagged, label, shipping’s marks per commercial standards and Purchase order’s Rice specification. Also providing rice cargo bagged inspection, bagged rice tally, rice in bags loading and discharging supervisions on board of ship’s holds and marine vessel at ports of loading and unloading, Rice Bagged and stuffed into Containers at Supplier’s warehouses, premises.

Besides, our own inspectors we do use SGS inspection together to keep the quality constant and also to keep the buyer’s faith intact with our products.

Inspection Procedures

Rice Myanmar Co., Ltd Inspection group in cooperation with SGS provides on request the following steps of rice sampling, rice inspection & testing, rice bagged tally, rice loading supervision, facilities to our valued clients. Rice sampling:

Rice Myanmar Co., Ltd can perform inspection of rice, can seal the lot for a specific period of time and can draw samples according to EU, USA, Russia, UAE, Japan regulations as per our client’s requirement. These samples can be sent to the client for his observation and approval.

Rice analysis:

Rice Myanmar Co., Ltd performs rice analysis jointly with SGS in addition to all services being provided above. A complete analysis report can be then sent to our client for his observation/approval.
Rice inspection and loading supervision:

Rice Myanmar Co., Ltd performs joint inspection (inspectors from our own factory and SGS) during loading of rice inspection and supervision in addition to above all in case we found our client’s approval to bagged rice inspection of loading. Digital pictures are taken at all process of loading and prior loading to carry out our pre-loading survey on containers condition / ships seaworthiness are thoroughly checked, approved and then loaded.

A complete rice loading report with digital pictures sent to our client immediately after loading completed. Container’s doors/ ship’s hatch covers and man-holds are always sealed with our own SGS Plastic Seal. Rice Packaging, bagging and label, shipping marking inspections:
